Description

Highly successful leaders understand the importance of creating and nurturing a culture that encourages feedback exchanges among all stakeholders. Rather than waiting at the end of the year (or project) to conduct performance appraisals, they recognize the significance of providing performance feedback throughout the year (project’s lifecycle) for soaring productivity. They demonstrate how to receive feedback gracefully and provide effective feedback that brings continual performance and relationship improvements. They don’t stop there; they empower their people to excel in giving and receiving feedback. On the other hand, organizations and teams that don’t have such a pro feedback
culture experience many of the following symptoms:

  • Missed deadlines
  • Poor quality deliverables
  • Toxic conflicts
  • High turnover
  • Low morale
  • Similar other symptoms
